----mammoth will be resurrected?
From Mammoth Revival Research, state-of-the-art life science and its future

until today, after the frozen mammoth was unearthed in the permafrost, Research on mammoths has been ongoing for over 100 years. In the world, research institutes for various life sciences have launched the mammoth Revival project, but the latest research has found that it is difficult at present to achieve the resurrection of the mammoth only by science and technology.
On the other hand, with the advancement of Life sciences, we have obtained the technology to retrieve the various information of life-genetic information and protein information-from animals discovered in the frozen state, including mammoths. Using the information they have taken, they are recreating the life phenomena that have been happening in the ancient times and approaching the true appearance of the veil-covered mammoth. In this way, Japan Kindai University is trying to develop a state-of-the-art life science research to elucidate the full picture of mammoths and to capture their appearance.
The Science and Technology Innovations of life sciences, including mammoths, not only lead to the protection of endangered species and the regeneration of endangered species not limited to mammoth, but advanced medical and food issues, It may be useful in various fields such as global environmental problems. On the other hand, the revival of extinct species also exists at the same time the various issues we must consider, such as ethical issues and ecological impacts.
