The prestigious Ethenburg Symphony Orchestra, named "Swedish National Orchestra",
The young Nordic Shunei conductor of attention, Santu-Matthias Rouvalli and the duo decided to come to Japan!
Soloist, Fumiaki Miura (violin) who represents the Japanese musician of the new era appeared.

Every year, the Toshiba Grand Concert will be held for the 39th time in 2020, with renowned overseas conductors, orchestras and gorgeous soloists performing together.

Sweden's prestigious Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1905. The swedish National Orchestra is also given as a symbolic orchestra in Northern Europe. The orchestra has been led by Charles Dutoit, Neme Jarvi and Gustavo Dudamel, and has gained high support not only in his home country, Sweden, but also around the world.

Conductor Santweu-Matthias Loweralli has been the orchestra's principal conductor since the 2017 season. Born in 1985, the young Toshihide has already performed with the world's top orchestras such as the Berliner Philharmoniker, the BBC Symphony Orchestra, the French Radio Philharmonic, the Ross Philharmonic and the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, and the decision to succeed Salonen as the next principal conductor of the Philharmonia Orchestra has given great surprise to music fans around the world.

Please look forward to the first performance in Japan with the prestigious Ethenburg Symphony Orchestra, which symbolizes Sweden's advanced culture, and the high-profile young Nordic Shunei principal conductor, Santu-Matthias Rouvali.
